We have regular talks with our employees about the progress of the projects, the training opportunities, etc. But we also think it is important that everyone has the opportunity to give their general opinion about INISI as an employer. That is why we conduct an employee satisfaction survey every year.
What we really appreciate is that everyone in our team sees this as an opportunity. Not only to indicate what is going well, but also in which areas we can improve. How we can optimize certain processes, for example. Or how we can make even better use of certain means to enhance the level of cooperation.
As it was last year, the overall satisfaction is very high with a score of 8.5. Self-employment, versatility and variety in work are greatly appreciated, as are the many development and training opportunities.
Most positive, however, is everyone about teamwork. Being in charge of each other and stepping in when needed is almost "second nature" to everyone.
Especially in the uncertain times that we are currently in, we are incredibly proud of all our employees who work together to ensure that the work of our customers in various vital sectors can continue.
