- the quick and adequate response to incidents and helping to come up with solutions.

There are also areas for improvement. We take these very seriously:
- for some special projects, the coordination of assignments could sometimes be better—this has already been addressed.
- the duration time for project completion is sometimes perceived too long;
- clear reporting on this needs extra attention—this has also been addressed.
