- Maintenance, Support and System Management
Inorder to keep your ICT infrastructure in good health condition, you need a maintenance contract: this can be considered as your ICT Health Insurance Policy. With an additional support contract, INISI helps you identify, analyse and resolve problems in the fastest possible way. With these services as a solid basis, the management of your infrastructure may be wholly or partially performed by INISI. The exact definition of these services is flexible – you decide which activities you will continue to perform yourself, which will be outsourced to INISI, and to what service level.
- Knowledge Assurance
Many organisations have sufficient knowledge and capacity to perform the daily tasks of systems management themselves. However, situations can arise where there is a need for more (specialised) knowledge. This service ensures that this knowledge is available when and where it is needed. In this way, the INISI consultants become a virtual extension to your own organisation.
But, there is another way. With INISI Managed Services you don't have to concern yourself with the technical aspects of your ICT environment at all. You simply buy a specific functionality "as a service" on a per-use or per-month basis. This service is clearly specified in a service level agreement. INISI takes care of the rest
