Account Manager with IT experience
As an entrepreneurial account manager you will be set individual annual market targets which will be achieved and to a high standard and quality. You will actively seek to win new projects and build on the business with existing accounts. You will also be involved in advising customers and, supported by consultants, will translate these into proposals. Of courses, these proposals will reflect our portfolio of products and services. You will be responsible for the handover of these projects to projects managers. The account manager reports to the management team.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Winning orders with new customers;
- Relationship management with existing customers;
- Adequately respond to signals, complaints and needs from the market;
- Give presentations to customers and prospects;
- Translate customer requirements into Plans of approach and/or proposals
- Price and contract negotiations
- Provide information for periodic reporting
- Promote follow-up business
- Collaborate with sales support and marketing
- Participate in marketing activities including campagnes
Prerequisites:
- Completed HBO (or equivalent) education
- In possession of IT related certificates
- Knowledge of Server & Storage and/or Security/IP solutions
- 5 years relevant experience in the selling of said solutions
- (General) Knowledge and experience with network infrastructure en protocols
- Result driven (but never forgetting the customer needs)
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills
- Excellent commercial and contact skills
- Able to work both independently and in teams
- Entrepreneurial and creative in collaboration with colleagues and customers
- Dutch (B) driving license

Experienced consultant
As a result driven consultant you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ICT Infrastructure solutions, migrations and modernisation projects. Your tasks will include the definition and design of high quality, technical solutions and the installation and configurations of servers, networks and desktops. You may also analyse bottlenecks or problems in networks and propose plans for their resolution.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Migration and modernisation projects
- Definition and design of network solutions
- Make and maintain contacts with customers;
- Create implementation proposals
- Support the sales process
- Report, document and administer
Prerequisites:
- Completed HTS or HBO BI (or equivalent) education
- Minimum of 5-7 years knowledge and experience with solutions areas mentioned above
- MCSE standard
- Completed (or almost) Microsoft certification
- Wide knowledge and experience with solutions such as MS MDOP, PowerFuse, Citrix, VMware. Preferably with certification.
- Familiar with server, storage, backup, security solutions
- Extensive knowledge of clustering, Exchange, SQL Server and/or Sharepoint is a pré
- Experience with Active Directory policies
- In possession of at least 2 product or vendor related certificates
- Dutch (B) driving license
