Managed Services
INISI offers managed services over and above the standard maintenance services. In these services the management of your infrastructure may be wholly or partially performed by INISI. The exact definition of these services is flexible – you decide which activities you will continue to perform yourself, which will be outsourced to INISI, and to what service level.
Knowledge Guarantee
Many organisations have sufficient knowledge and capacity to perform the daily tasks of systems management themselves. However, situations can arise where there is a need for more (specialised) knowledge. This service ensures that this knowledge is available when and where it is needed. The INISI consultants are an extension of your own organisation.
